Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Been here more than 21 years and have always been rated 4+ in performance appraisals but only 3 promotions in 21 years & meagre hike has left me disappointed

long term - sharing information is still very poor (due to tools used and due to will of different departments) becomes a little bureaucratic

I feel lucky to be part of a community of smart and talented people. The company challenges me to be a better sales rep. My favorite part about NetScout is the support from my upper management. They go out of their way to help me succeed!
