I like the confidence shown by the leadership team about the roadmap planned for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive thing is the vibe created by the teammates at the workplace. Though there are some changes in the culture we had seen for so many years at the workplace, it is the team which makes it more positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
As I had commented earlier it is the team and the manager who bring positive atmosphere at the work. One more thing is about the new work like CyberSecurity, AI, etc. which is being planned also make positivity at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Experienced team with a great rapport built over the years. Excellent team players with whom any kind of new things or tasks can be explored. Wonderful manager who, apart from being sincere himself, shows the same towards his team. One of the best teams.
