Team members are always approachable and open for discussions to reach the releases on time with proper plan. Team members are always present in all the situations.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team work and also the space given to me to explore on the new tech trends . Freedom to express new idea and getting them encorporated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before i joined i had a high role but here they provided me less posting role and also CTC is too way behind the market standards, even after requesting still no use. They do not regularize the CTC neither provide good numbers of hike , in turn this is not balancing between profession and personal
