What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Matching pay increases with CPI increases. Bigger bonuses when company profits or stock price goes up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally interested in the work when it is available, and they enjoy coming up with solutions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager is open to innovations and cost improvements but his manager is cheap and won't approve investments in improvements.
