I have spent have my life here, some positives and some negatives but sometimes I feel I would have got a better return if I might have been part of some other company for so long.
What makes you most happy at work?
Acknowledgement of the efforts put in to accomplish the task
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since lot of people are here for decades, we know each other well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No attrition. We know each other like a family. They want to contribute to company's growth
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying their best to achieve the goals but not very sure/confident about the strategy as there has been changes few times. Hope this time we are on track for achieving the goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there have been so many years in the last 10 years where there is no merit increase and promotions. At times the merit budget is way to low comparing the market meaning it may be good for US market but same might not be true for other asian countries.
