They are strategically planning to expand the company which will ensure new career opportunities for us. It is not a stagnant company which gives people avenues to advance their careers.

They care about the customer. Even though we can make mistakes from time to time we learn from them. Ultimately to better the customer experience is the single goal that we all agree on at all times. I love this about Nextiva!
