What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is awesome, and manager is fantastic. We all work together as needed, or individually where we do our own projects. Every team can vary at NS, so being internal you can see where these great managers are.

A large majority come to do their job to the best of their abilities, or at least to the best of how they were trained. Most don't have railroad backgrounds like I do. Management does not train people properly, and that is because management doesn't know the job either. Federal rule violations daily

My coworkers are the only people who can truly understand. Mid to upper management are the puppets of Wall Street and they treat employees like dirt.
