Recent Reviews About Nuance Communications

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are very inclusive and cultivate strong business and social relationships alike.

The positive attitude at the top mostly cascades down. There are lingering issues with culture that are difficult to pin down. If you ping a co-worker and never receive a response that's just how it is. Other companies (Fortune 100) I worked with had intra-company SLA's which may work here.

The culture problem is palpable. There is supposedly an open door which is a mirage. Leadership between me and the top has gotten far more levels. The CEO promised this would be resolved when he started but it has been exacerbated in the other direction. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
