Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its been two and a half years with no merit increase. My workload, experience, knowledge, and productivity has continued to increase significantly.

Currently I cannot take PTO on weekends because I will not be paid my normal shift diff which makes my PTO feel pointless. I would love to take some but even weekdays eat away at my pay if I request it. I only took 1 week off for my wedding because of this.

The pay is actually low compared to other companies with the same role, pay does not keep up with the cost of living - will most likely have to get a second job

They do try to build a culture of trust and accountability

I can work from home, and that keeps me focused on my work, rather than the office which makes it more difficult .

Periods of time where system changes (Timecards, ticket systems ect) are at a minimum. A job is a lot easier to do once you are comfortable and knowledgeable with a process.
