My benefits are accepted anywhere I want to go for health care. The coverage is great too!

Everyone is treated fairly, and works well as a team. There are opportunities to get to know people in person, and build relationships.

As an employee, I have an open forum to discuss anything without judgement or retaliation. Our DE&I program offers the opportunity for us to be ourselves, speak our minds and educate others at the same time. The support goes across coworkers to managers and upper management.

Each interview was structured where the information was given to me, then allowed me to ask questions /offer anything else that was relevant. I have never laughed in an interview before, since they are always scary. From the recruiter up to the CPO, the process was personal and made me comfortable.
