Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a clause I was unaware of when signing on, no raises for 6 months, and unfortunately, this kept me from receiving an increase during the review period. I've been in talks with my manager though, and it's getting sorted.

tools and processes are always being developed. if something is broken, very few people will resist change out of fear
