There was virtually no interview. They asked me if I wanted to work, I was hired in 20 minutes with virtually no outline of my job. There was no training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've never been offered benefits, I'm routinely shorted on my hours and have to wait until the next paycheck to get them, and they will fire you and rehire you to make sure you don't get the insurance to offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I look forward to working with the ones who aren't strung out on drugs. They work hard and know exactly how to do their job and aren't shy about teaching you what you don't know since the managers do not train anybody.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership team. They keep junkies who get high and sleep on the job, who smoke cigarettes and weed in the building, even the GM of the restaurant next door smokes weed with her employees out back regularly. The Store GM is a joke. He fires the real workers and keeps junkies.
