Equipment that works well and is in good condition.

They do get stuff done and not just talk about it.

They listen and consider suggestions but change is challenging to implement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part feedback is positive (constructive criticism) but there are a few that just need to move on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't tax the bonuses and gifts. Bonuses need to be increased in amount since frequency of receiving them went down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came in with experience and a very clean driving record so my work history made it easy for me personally.
