Just BEING there for our customers, and supporting Management when we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Past the Assistant Managers and Manager, the Executives are very professional and address issues as they arrive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Sharing with the Manager my abilities, and listening to what they expect from an employee in the form of job duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Often have to do the work of 2-3 people or more. Maintenance Work, even though I am officially listed as Cashier. Maintenance guy gets the Maintenance money, but refuses to do the work.
