Friendly coworkers and being able to extend my gratitude to every guest that comes in the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I posess the traits and characteristics of a shift lead, including some of the duties of a shift lead, but only receive pay for being solely a cashier. I would like to move up in the company and have more opportunities to advance.
