Communication skills, time management, training and awareness.

Everyone is friendly and courteous.

My managers are over worked and shows in their caring about the employees or the guest due to staffing shortages.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store is dirty for hours on end during peak times. To include but not limited to drink stations and bathrooms.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given a fair compensation for the job hired. For ONE person. Not a two man job in my managerial experience.
