Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At least treat people fairly especially people that's never had a complaint on them or absolutely nothing it's been there for almost a year maybe if they would quit trying to abuse their Authority I actually do their job like they're supposed to maybe that place would be a better place

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better management that is there now the main manager that works there doesn't even though how to even run a store and one of the main managers that works at Arby's she's about a big dirt bag you can get they all are too worried about smoking their weed behind the building
