Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I want to work for thr company but the company doesnt value us. We are just workers. Hours keep getting cut i can barley ay my bills with these checks.

I dosnt like how i was lied to when i came for the interview i was told it was for wendys not the travel side or deli. I aplied bc i was workong at a gas station. But was fooled whej i got to the interview

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being able to train properly. Not everone who walks through the can be trained the same way as everyone. There needs to be better training for people that have a hard time catching on. Appreciate your employees you have on the rooster. We get little appreciation at all.
