I am currently being sexually harassed by my manager at Pilot. She makes me watch videos weekly to open her legs and purposely flashes her privates toward my sight, all while pretending to look busy in her computer, and glancing my way every few minutes to make sure Im looking at her. Uncomfortable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extra incentives would be nice. Employee recognition along with pizza parties and company picnics or Christmas Parties
