What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manger fooling around with the employees, management starting fights with other employees. Favoritism, accused without proof. Mistreated unfairness cleaningness and plenty more. I was very Mistreated there and never had a chance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have always been there when needed I was left alone in the store working the graveyard shift with no help with everything to do better the 6 clock shift would get there I had to clean am shift and noon shift mess and they would not clean for use to start
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being better people giving others a chance cause I wasn't ever givin one I have always been quite and helpful I tried so hard to fit in with everyone's and instead I got the shit end of it all. I was accused of so much when it was them and I minded my own business
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You need to get a whole new team for start to 66 you you guys are literally going to going to find yourself in a very bad legal situation if you can continue to treat people the way you guys treat people you allow years managers to treat people I've never met my district manager and yet lots to say
