I was asked my availability and when i could start, end of interview

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication! The GM is totally unapproachable and doesn't seem to care about the condition of the store. You have employees that care more than she does. I feel completely defeated when my shift is over.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay people their worth! You have a few people that are worth their weight in gold, we need to be compensated for our hard work. I'm mentally and physically exhausted everyday. You could imagine trying to make ends meet and barely being able to do so. 100% defeated

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Working as a team is key and communication which we lack in both. We need to work together amd not push all the work into one shift who has the least amount of employees. Midnights only have 2 employees. First and second shift are fully staffed, yet nothing is getting done
