Properly disputing arguments in private instead of displaying them to the public

People need to stop being so rude and have better manners both coworkers and managers need to stop using foul language with one another and Coustemers are present .
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving customers and then telling me that my hard work paid off and everything is the way it should be and it's perfect and delicious that the display is nice and organized in an orderly fashion
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly having to work double my job load and immediately discharged out of work the only thing they care about is their own benefit of me pulling the job load and later Dismissing me to leave my job space and sending me home.
