I really love my job. I am a shift lead for the overnight hours. Time goes by fast since there is always s lot of tasks to complete. Also, I really enjoy working with customers and drivers. They make the day or night in my case.
What makes you most happy at work?
My awesome team! They make my job easier when they work as hard as they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401 K is nice to invest in. Also, the free gym membership and free daily food at work is very nice to have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is simply the best I've ever had. He cares about each team member and is willing to help us out at any time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's highly energetic. We are encouraged to keep the music station flowing for our guest experience. I see repeat customers coming in each day and night. It is a really nice hang out for out stops or longer stays.
