The GM is disconnected from things at the store. People call off all the time with no consequences for their unexcused absences. I am currently paying about $1,000 for my federal tax that wasn't taken out last year. I don't know how that happened.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just do their jobs. Stop leaving extra work for me and others to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with employees. Listen to the employees work problems to avoid negative reactions by them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my GM says that I will be alright and "handle it" when I get taken advantage of by him and others who do not work to their potential.
