What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Interacting with the customers. I love making them smile.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scheduling enough staff to prepare for business highs and lows

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some employees are very negative. Others call off several times in a month.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as though, I work very hard, I do not call off and I do the work of 2-3 people. I am a single mother, and I feel as though we should have some type of benefits.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I work 3rd shift with a porter. He is very negative and doesn't finish his work. I end up finishing it. Also, My relief. is always late or ends up calling off at the last minute. I never know what time I am going to get home in the morning.
