Fun, outgoing, we all get along. The ones that actually work that is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly coworkers. The customers are ignorant Truckers, and the Pilot GM is a creep in Pittston, PA. Many females have left due to his advances.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First thing is they really need to get on the ball with getting rid of any dead weight within their stores. The workers that work are so tired of hearing that the DMs are scared to pay unemployment so in turn we have to work with idiots that just don't cut it.
