He made pilot look like a family friendly company who stood by there employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing what they preach. I was just let go for reading schedule wrong but never call out always cover for others when needed get the best scores when being graded but was let go with out an ounce of so called "coaching" because I had my days mixed up.
