What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hourly employees are treated as if they are not a part of a team, but like trash ready to be thrown away.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that the manager actually talked to me. I watched others come in for interviews and be looked over and told to come back only to looked over again.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the hourly employees, wherever you are in this company you didn’t start there. You were once the worker and I’m sure your goal is not to continue to hire people cause your superior
