Find a real manager. That will work as hard as anyone else and fill in for others that are sick

The work experience. And the crew they were very nice when I first started at my company. Now it's bad

My manager has a bad attitude. Wants to ask others to do extra work but when i need a day off its not possible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being good to the hard workers. It has been my experience personally. That the people who are loyal and hard working are patronized and the ones who have. No work ethics. Are rewarded.
