Store manager Harasses employees she don't like. I have a strong personality and she can't deal with me so she cuts my hrs and tells me co workers don't want to work with me. All co workers i work with have no issues or complaints about me or my personality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is key to any business. There is NONE here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Full time hrs with medical. Equal pay with other travel centers near us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a job, but was lied to and told I would have medical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't abbey that question. I don't believe there is a postive at this point
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all try to work together helping each other get our customers in and out in a timely manner. Plus we all help each other getting daily task done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication between employees and manager is NONEXISTENT here. But when you try to say something your in the wrong. Need better manager with a back bone. One who praises all employees for their time. Not being Ignored by manager then told your not good enough
