What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fire everybody that's currently there including the lame duck "GM" they have. ( Did this man even graduate high school?) In fact, whomever hired him and made him a GM at Pilot ought to be fired first!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great whenever Pilot decides to pay me for my 5 hours of work! I only worked for one day and walked out, Ok, I get that but, you still pay the employee who only worked for a day. I now KNOW it was the right decision to walk out on this organization.
