Meeting new team members and learning new experiences over all.
Knowing that I am making my customers smile and enjoy their time they spend coming into Pilot.
I like that I dont feel uncomfortable about asking a question if I am unsure about something.
That we all have our own little way of life but who we are now is all that matters and to not let the small things bring you down.
I liked that my manager and shift manager were very open, upfront and blunt about if I had any questions, issues and or problems and because I have a teenage daughter they were willing to make my schedule flexible to have time to go to her games as well as make a paycheck too.
