Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary that I get is not fear with the job that I do. I search about it with a lot of other companies and they use to pay 2x what Pipefy pays. This is very bad for the motivation!! Especially on days like those that Brazil's economy is running.

I've moved to another area more complex and to help develop it, but my compensation still the same as when I entered the company. It would make me feel a lot better if they review the compensation for my role and have a more clear structure about the variable compensation as well, which I don't have

I don't feel undervalued or anything like that. I just feel that I work a lot. And I love it. But a better compensation would help me have a better life while dedicating so much time to my work.
