for the employees to be treated fairly in terms of pay because it looks like they are willing to buy talents at a higher cost and failed to acknowledge those who have grown and helped the company grow

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just turned 26, so this is my first time paying for my own insurance and i was very nervous about the prices on the plans because of the horror stories of how much my friends get taken out of their paycheck each month. But at Qualfon, that wasn't the case. There wrre many plans I could choose from

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the US we have sick care benefits and those are outrageously expensive. While I understand the cost to the company is high, fear of illness because of the exorbitant costs is detrimental to the company's workforce. Better coverage, lower premiums, lower out of pocket expenses should be the goal.

Everyone truly cares and wants the best for each other. Everyone is willling to lend out a helping hand

Everyone is positive and while there are hurdles, people do not dwell on them but rather work together to find answers. They understand not everyday is going to be positive and that there will be difficulties. But they seem them as the price of growth and to get beyond - not dwell on.
