Our Leadership Team is always willing to allow us to express new ideas and trends, and they keep up with our competitor activities which allows us to have the edge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is lead by a dynamic leader who is brave, entrepreneurial , decisive, inclusive and positive. This filters down the ranks and we all benefit from it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all so different - ethnically, sexually, religiously, as well as in age, and yet we work together as a cohesive team and look forward to spending time together on site, in the office or at leisure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Allowing us to work at home over the past 2 years has been a tremendous help, and our Management continues to allow us to work two days a week at home which assists with a work/life balance as it saves a lot of travelling time and petrol.
