I was hired on the exact date that the Philippine Government declared the 01st lockdown on March 16, 2020. I thought it's going to be a rough ride from that point, but it's the other way around. In a span of less than 2 years I was able to learn a lot from our leadership team and grow as a person.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am extremely grateful working with REPH. Everything works perfectly fine. Based on my character and personality, I do not complain at all. Maybe, I am just surprised learning that I can get better compensation with other company, in exchange of a great culture I have right now with REPH.

Our leaders value everyone in our team, but I believe everyone wanted to have a higher compensation.

They allow me to exercise my judgement on things and they guide me on how I can improve it.

I have my very own space to work peacefully . I just hope I'll have my own pedestal when we transfer to H. :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's because I learned recently that the rate of my role in other companies is double or triple of what I am getting now.
