their open-mindedness and their being proactive in the midst of setbacks / roadblocks

Collaborative environment. Everyone is willing to help each other, and are always open for feedback

the genuine curiosity and open-mindedness of the employees - they welcome everyone with warmth and are accepting of any interest / hobby

everyone is proactive and always ready to help and/or answer question everyone may have, no matter how noob on may think their question sounds

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Members are underutilized but overworked due to being understaffed but this is being ignored due to prod tracker tool not being accurate for the last 2.5yrs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership team's toxicity - gaslighting members during meetings, insinuating things during team huddles/meetings, feedback being taken against members. Leadership team being super out of touch on team's bandwidth and actual work process.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen more to what employees are saying. Leadership team is very out of touch, not knowing their members' bandwidth and are heavily dependent on the members. Leadership tasks such as team allocation, monthly business updates, are not being passed to associates.
