RX has been my career. I've been here for many years, and I've had opportunity and growth. I have had good and bad years here, but on the whole I'm in a good position thanks to the recognition of leadership at the highest levels. Bad managers have not been tolerated. Excellence thrives.

Ambitious and are helping evolve our company. We have taken brave moves to streamline and the importance of digital products has been elevated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am aware that internal promotions are always rewarded less than external hires, where as I feel loyalty should be rewarded better than being transient and personally focused.
