
I like my team and the people I can push and give a vision.
No complaints about my team, but the collaboration with other teams is not good. They do not want to change.
I had to fight for it, but in the end RX gave me what appertained me in my position. that was ok.
Our leadership team worked as long as exhibition industry worked. maintaing a system is easier, than doing a urgent change. Time of crisis show the quality of managers and this is not given in our BU.
How to put that: Here happens too little of what sparks a light in me. I am working too close with our leadership team and I (please notice thats my personal opinion) cannot work for weak leaders, who are just fake.
