Higher pay for top performers and compensation in other departments besides sales for hitting goals, developing best practices and leading beyond the scope of work.

Being clear on goals, seeing things achieved, seeing results in general to understand what we're doing and how we can change pace if needed. Working well and cooperatively with team members. Most importantly, the positivity of people around me and on the team.
