I can't think about one best thing, the range of benefits is quite standard and comparable to other companies, nothing stands out

The leadership team I work with is devoted to the success of our shows and they care about their employees (their well-being and development). They have very high quality standards and work with their teams to deliver the best possible show for our customers.
