they care for their RX colleagues at all levels - empathetic. And also transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is similar to what I had mentioned for executives. RX cares for their employees (empathetic) and is very transparent without any bureaucracy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is not aligned with the market, which similar companies pay in the market. I have compared the same job responsibility across similar companies in the industry in the same market. I would like to align my compensation in line with the market and this has been proposed to manager
