
My overall experience at the company has been fantastic and there is not much I would change. Treating employees with respect and trust will generate increased sales and high productivity and motivation.

The diversity of expertise and willingness to help and work together. My manager understands my strengths and supports me and this allows me to be productive and maximizes my talents.
There has been no increase in base pay for the past 5 years. When I speak with my peers who do the same job (or lower level) than I do I am significantly underpaid.
No increase in backend compensation for salespeople. Experienced salespeople are in mandatory training alongside new colleagues-there is no recognition of experience or proven track record. Too many new KPO's and tools distract from focus and cause stress. Unhealthy and stressful environment.
The interaction with clients and sales process. I love the flexibility of working from home. I am at my best when I have freedom to do my job without being measured and micromanaged. I am a top salesperson, win awards and exceed my goals but do not feel empowered. Micromanagement deflates enthusiasm
