What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss: she's always receptive and encourages new ideas and process improvements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The multi-disciplinary nature of each person, which allows for different ideas per team. New people on the copmanny have the best ideas sometimes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
THey have to be more open to the suggestions and what the show team thinks, since they are the ones thata are directly in contact with the clients and know best about the show
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to what the position on the market pays, I'm a bit underpay for it. Also, it would be a great benefit and addition to have an in-house dining room service (once we return to the office)
