What do you like best about the leadership team?
the freedom to be and express myself, share my ideas. I like that I can create as a team thinking of a common benefit, , to achieve business and personal goals, in such a way that we all have growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The savings fund, although I hope this year to be able to receive the bonus for productivity that I did not have access to last year, but I can understand that we did not hold events in 2020, and the bonus is also important to me
