It's easy to feel burnt out; no opportunity for advancement; it's hard to be excited about assignments you aren't invested in or that you find uninteresting.

There are people from all walks of life who work here, and I like interacting with folks who are different from the demographic that lives in my area/region.

The company and my team as a whole are inclusive when it comes to people from all walks of life. And direct supervisors seem to genuinely care about you.

Pay commensurate with cost of living instead of small incremental increases should be considered; yearly bonuses to reward staff for their time and effort; some divisions do not provide an opportunity for advancement, leading to stagnation.
