Like family because I spend more time with them than with my own infortunately.
Compensation is way lower than competitors and not commensurate with the amount of work I do.
Improve compensation. Every excuse from management is that there is more to happiness than an increase in salary.
Pay at this company is much lees than what our competitors offer. Also, I personally have no quality of life at this place, always giving back unused vacation time. We are hiring but having a hard time attracting people because of the compensation and we have lost a lot of quality people as well.
