high workload, leadership dont care about the overworking staff if they are not on sales of event leadership roles. The company is more divided than ever.
Bad CEO, doest walk the talk. Comoany pressures for margin, no recognition to people and when it happens is a very poor amount of money

At RX nowadays there is not much to be happy about
trust is in place, talented people, all committed to deliver the best
very expensive healthcare, got worse in 2024 and company is not supportive to neutralize the impact in our net earnings
inflation is high, medical costs getting higher... salary keeps the same and no significant improvement in medical care benefits cost.

have autonomy to work, be trusted by leaders that I am capable to take decisions, stop the many backs and forth that installed in this business since pandemics. Trust your people!
Pay attention in the workload and short-staffed teams, you just care about sales and event leadership, the company is made of other departments too, working a lot to support these 2 groups.
Feel undervalued because I can not speak my mind, see leaders that don't care about diversity (pretend they do), very short staff for the amount of work I have (as many other colleagues) and senior leaders don't care about it. Fix that I I will feel much more motivated and valued
