It is company where support is provided to employees. Those who want to work hard and succeed and given a chance. Employees are heard. The only negative thing is the insecurity after the restructuring that took place in 2020. We feel that we can be next at any time.

I like the industry, the people, the flexibility. I dont like the structure as event teams dont work together anymore. Internal communication is horrible . Often employees get to know information from each other rather than through the proper communication channel. working in silos is the new norm

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel overworked and underpaid. No work life balance. My compensation is below market rates, and needs to be revised in terms of market rates, seniority and commitment and hard work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation includes salary only. Even though it is a bit below market levels, but I think there is compensation related to support provided and the fact that I am part of one company culture is very important.
