I believe there is a need to do correction in pay scale to match the industry standards and especially now when the teams are much smaller and each staff is given more responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way the current leadership team has created a sense of making the organization more inclusive and diversified. Not like a few years ago when one nationality ruled as if they owned the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team and are aligned with our objectives. Its also good to know that some members of the team have been here for some time which makes it easier to work towards a common team goal.
